Your visit, explained.

This notice describes the Afterhours website and game in this release. The game does not require an account, accept payments or ask for your name to play.

Game data stored on your device

The game uses browser local storage to remember your bankroll, current cards, run progress, upgrades and sound preferences. The main save uses afterhours-run-v1; sound settings use afterhours-fx-v1. Older releases may also have left music preferences under afterhours-music-v1 or an earlier free-play save. These remain until removed by you or your browser.

The game code does not upload those saves to a game server. Anyone with access to this browser profile may be able to view them. Start a new run replaces the active run. To remove all locally stored site information, use your browser’s site-data controls; doing so also removes your saved progress and may reset advertising choices.

Hosting and technical requests

When your browser loads this website, the hosting service receives technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Hosting security or operational logs may be processed by that provider. This game release does not include a separate analytics script or user account system.

Google advertising

This site includes Google AdSense code. When that code runs, your browser contacts Google even if an advertisement is not displayed. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising services, and, where permitted and based on your choices, personalize ads using visits to this and other websites.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage Google ad personalization through My Ad Center. Browser cookie controls can block or delete cookies, but blocking advertising cookies alone may not stop every request to an advertising service.

Where an advertising consent message is presented, use its controls to accept, reject or manage the available purposes and partners. Choices in that message apply to advertising; they do not replace the browser controls for your game save. Advertising availability and consent-message behavior depend on the publisher’s AdSense configuration and your region.

Support reports

The report tool can download a text file or open a draft in your email app. It does not automatically send your text or attach your save. When you choose to email us, we receive your email address and the content you send through Gmail and use them to read and respond to your request. Email providers also process those messages under their own policies. Avoid including sensitive information. You can ask us to delete correspondence by emailing the contact address below; some messages may need to be retained for security or legal obligations.
