Start with these common questions. Keep your saved run intact while checking a problem.
My run disappeared.
Saves belong to this domain and browser. Private windows, a different device, or clearing site data can make the old save unavailable. Returning to the original browser may restore access. The game does not have an account or server backup.
The boss debt didn’t fall after I won.
Winnings go to your wallet. Between hands, use Deposit chips or Pay remaining debt. Partial deposits must leave enough for the next minimum bet. See the payment example.
An ability is disabled.
Check that you own it, have uses left, and are in your turn after insurance. The shop closes during boss fights. Pocket items must be purchased before use. A spent power may refresh on the next floor rather than the next hand.
I can’t hear music.
This release has generated sound effects but no background music track. Click the game to enable browser audio, turn FX on, and check its volume slider and your device volume.
I’m seeing an older version.
Reload the page. If needed, use your browser’s reload-without-cache option. Avoid clearing site data unless you accept losing your locally saved run.
Prepare a bug report
Write a report below, then open it in your email app or save a text copy. Nothing is sent automatically, and your browser save is not attached.
